Tasting notes​: Fine and delicate nose, slightly lemon floral aroma.

Harmonious balance in mouth delivering a hint of freshness and of citrus aroma.

This wine offers a constant lenght in mouth thank to its ageing on fine lees.

When should we drink this wine ? Quite young at 8°C to 10°C. It can be kept up to 3 years

​

Pairing: This wine will perfectly match with white meat in sauce (slices of poultry and morels), wrapped fish or with sturgeon filet on a shallot sauce. A perfect companion with goat cheeses, sheep cheeses or soft cheeses like Saint Nectaire or reblochon.
