Tasting notes: Ruby and bright colour. Fruity nose. It reveals fine scents of greedy red fruits. The mouth confirms its nose with discreet but tense tannins. Fruits appear with a hint of liquorice. A sensation of lightness and freshness. A harmonious final.

When should we drink this wine ? At any time from now on.  At a temperature of 12 to 14°C.

Pairing: This wine is a perfect companion at any moment. It pairs well with white meats, salads, grills. It goes well with little poultries like roasted quail or grilled  breast of duck. A fine and light aperitif, as many amateurs enjoy it. Why not?
