OUR LABEL
We joined the HVE label.
The high environmental values corresponds to the highest level, of envoronmental certification of agricultural holdings.
Every three years, a check is carried out.
This approach allows us to make healthy and authentic wines, leaving the terroir fully revealed itself.
The high environmental values ( HVE ) ensure that agricultural practises across the farm preserve ecosystems ans limit pressures on the environment ( soil, water, biodiversity... ).
