Tasting notes : Intense colour and a fruity nose with scents of black berry and black cherry. Comes from one of our best parcels. Light balance with caramelised notes. 

When should we drink this wine ? At any time from now on.  At a temperature of 13 to 16°C.

Pairing: This wine, light and ??, goes along with either small game or white meats, such as roasted quail. It pairs well with a duck breast fillet with honey, served with hash browns. Also fits with strong cheeses.
